- The shirt size provided is what you will receive. Please be accurate in your information; we cannot guarantee that we will have extras of all sizes for exchanges. 

- Shirts can only be exchanged for a smaller/bigger size once every player has received theirs.

Player Registration Includes:

- Player gift

- Limited beer and wine to quench your thirst (while quantities last! Suds or Grape Patronages available)

- Light reception on Thursday evening

- Buffet lunch and Smoked Meat dinner on Friday

- Buffet lunch and Black Tie (optional) Dinner Saturday night with dancing into the night

- Brunch on Sunday morning

Tax Notice: The applicable Canadian (GST 5%) and Quebec taxes (QST 9.975%) have been added.

Please take note of our cancellation policy

Players who withdraw any time between signing up and September 30th, 2019 will receive a 100% refund.

Players who withdraw any time between October 1st and October 22nd will receive a 50% refund.

Players who withdraw any time between October 23rd and the start of the tournament are NOT eligible for a refund.
